Tommy worked hard to earn his Citizen in the Community merit badge for boy scouts during the late winter/early spring last year. In February, he put together a power point presentation, on Santa Cruz County, which he shared with his fellow scouts and others in our community. Tommy enjoyed learning about our community and had to attend county government meetings such as the water department's water-ration/restriction meeting.

LOOKING BACK AT 2009: February
